Are your products safe for sensitive skin?
All of our products are fragrance‑free. Some formulas do contain essential oils, and we always recommend doing a patch test before applying anything new to your face.
Where do your ingredients come from?
Ingredients are sourced from small farms, ethical suppliers, and herbalists (mostly from US) who prioritize organic, sustainable growing practices.
Do you use essential oils?
Many products are essential‑oil‑free, especially tallow and sensitive‑skin formulas. When essential oils are used, they’re minimal and intentional.
Who formulates your products?
Our OCASA products are made by our founder in house. The other products come from trusted makers who share the same standards for clean, earth‑based ingredients.
Shipping & Returns
How long does shipping take?
Orders typically ship within 1-2 business days. You’ll receive tracking as soon as your package is on the way.
Where is my order?
You can track your order through your confirmation email. If something looks off, reach out and I’ll help.
Do you accept returns?
At OCASA, every balm, butter, and oil is handcrafted in small batches with real botanicals and the highest-quality ingredients. Because of the nature of our products — and to preserve the integrity and safety of each item —all sales are final. We do not accept returns, exchanges, or refunds.
What if my order arrives damaged?
If anything arrives broken or leaking, send a photo within 48 hours and I’ll make it right.
Where do you ship to?
We ship all orders from our studio in Wyoming.
We currently ship throughout the United States, Canada, Europe, and Australia. At checkout, our system will automatically calculate the most affordable shipping options based on your delivery address.
All taxes and duties are included in your total — there are no extra charges on delivery.

Do you offer gift notes or wrapping?
Yes — you can add a gift note at checkout. Seasonal gift wrapping is available during holidays.
Restocks & Availability
When will an item be back in stock?
Many products are handmade in small batches. If something is sold out, you can sign up for restock alerts on the product page.
Why do items sell out quickly?
Every OCASA product is handmade by our founder, one batch at a time. Because she’s balancing formulation, production, and running the business, some items may sell out and take a bit longer to return. This is part of our commitment to freshness, quality, and staying true to small‑batch herbalism.

Wholesale opens seasonally depending on production capacity. You can submit an inquiry and I’ll reach out when spots open.
