All of our skincare and body care items are handmade in small batches, using natural ingredients that are sensitive to heat. To protect the integrity of your facial creams, balms, scrubs, deodorants, and other melt‑prone goods during the warmer months, please make sure you bring them inside as soon as it is delivered.

Bring your package indoors as soon as it arrives.

If a product softens during transit, place it in the fridge for 20–30 minutes to help it firm back up.

Orders placed after 12 PM (MST) on shipping days will be processed on the next shipping day
