After years of working in the natural retail and health‑and‑beauty world, Eva began to rediscover her own relationship with the Earth. Along the way, she noticed how few options existed for truly plastic‑free, chemical‑free skincare. That gap pushed her deeper into learning about the healing power of plants and the long history behind their use.
Her education was shaped not only by formal study but by the generational wisdom of Indigenous communities across the world — people who have cultivated, protected, and honored reciprocal relationships with plants and the land for centuries. Their knowledge became a guiding light in her own path.
What started as small experiments — making products for herself, then for friends and family — slowly grew into something larger. Today, Eva creates small‑batch organic skincare with intention and care. Her background in skincare, herbalism, and nutrition informs every formula she makes. From the renewability and purity of each ingredient to the plastic‑free design and packaging, her work is shaped by a desire to bring nature into daily rituals.

Are all your ingredients earth safe?
We examined the ecotoxicology of all our ingredients to make sure that they were safe, and they most certainly are. We take this very seriously, as many body care companies formulate with ingredients that bioaccumulate in your body, in the environment, and harm wildlife.
Are your products fragrance-free?
Yes! completely free of synthetic fragrances. We only use certified organic essential oils to scent our products.
Are your products organic?
We use certified organic ingredients for health, ethical, and environmental reasons. All of the ingredients are certified organic and/or fair trade, save the magnesium hydroxide, baking soda (cannot be certified organic) and the candelilla wax, cedarwood essential oil and kelp which don't have organic options available, but are still incredibly high quality.
Are your products vegan, gluten-free & non-gmo?

Are your products cruelty-free?
Yes! We love animals and would never test on them or work with a vendor who tests on animals or compromises animal welfare.
Is your product packaging plastic-free?
Our product labels are 100% plastic-free and 100% backyard compostable and everything is packaged in unfrosted glass that can be reused and recycled. All of our lids are made from metal (tin) and do not contain foam, foil or plastisol liners.
Our face mask sachet and mineral bath soak sachets are packaged in cello bags that are 100% backyard compostable and the pouches are made from recycled paper that is printed with veggie inks and can be composted or recycled.
We've been committed to plastic-free packaging since we were founded in 2016. Over the years, we have received a lot of feedback regarding the user experience - many people not not like having to unscrew a lid to apply our body oil - they want a pump!
We decided this year (2022) to let the customer decide which kind of application top they prefer where applicable. For our body oil you can choose metal or a plastic pump. For our facial serum you can choose metal or a glass/plastic dropper. For our facial mist hydrosol you can choose metal or a plastic mister. Our hope is that if you choose the plastic option, you reuse it and buy the metal top (refill) option moving forward.
